For Jeremy Dawson, real estate isn’t just a career. It’s a calling. With more than 34 years in the industry, Jeremy has built a reputation for honesty, calm expertise, and a genuine love for helping people find their perfect home.
He started his career as a real estate appraiser, spending 10 years learning the ins and outs of property value and market trends before becoming a real estate agent. Now, nearly 25 years later (with a little overlap in between), he still finds joy in guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.
Jeremy understands that buying or selling a home can be emotional. A proud graduate of Western Kentucky University with a degree in Marketing, Jeremy has also earned his GRI (Graduate, REALTORS® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and Certified Residential Appraiser credentials (State of KY, license in escrow).
Jeremy’s hard work and dedication have made him one of Kentucky’s top agents. He was named #1 Sales Associate in the State of Kentucky in 2019, consistently ranks among the top five agents at Coldwell Banker (out of 140+), and has achieved over $280 million in career sales through 2024, averaging 75+ homes sold per year since 2018. Beyond real estate, Jeremy has a deep passion for serving his community. He’s been a Board Member of the Family Enrichment Center since 2005 and serves as a Deacon at Living Hope Baptist Church, where he’s active in the Children’s, Financial, and Missions Ministries. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys hiking and backpacking, summer weekends at the lake with family and friends, as well as competitive volleyball.
